Cancellation/Transfer Policy
After today, the fee to change your site is $8.50. After today, the fee to shorten your stay is 10.00. There is no change fee if you extend your reservation. We collect a deposit for two nights lodging when the reservation is made. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the lodging. Any remaining balance is collected at the park upon arrival. The $8.50 reservation fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and is included in the deposit. If you change your arrival date, a cancellation and new reservation will be required. Cancellation refunds vary depending on the cancellation date: 30 days or more prior to arrival, receive a full refund of the deposit, minus the $8.50 reservation fee and $10 cancel fee. Less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded minus the $8.50 reservation fee, and $10 cancel fee. Less than 14 days but more than 2 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit is refunded, minus the $8.50 reservation fee and $10 cancel fee. Less than 2 days prior to arrival or if you do not notify us, there is no refund. The deposit you are paying today is based on minimum occupancy. Based on the number of people in your party, an additional $10.00 per person per night may be due upon arrival. Your confirmation will have a website link to the DNR with detailed information.

RESERVATION SEASON	THE GUEST HOUSE IS RESERVABLE YEAR ROUND.
AMENITIES	A modern 3-bedroom house located near the North Bay of Bear Head Lake. The house sleeps ten, with two full bathrooms, heat, and running water. It is equipped with kitchen/cooking equipment and appliances.
CHECK IN TIME	Guest House is guaranteed to be available at 4:00pm. You must call the park if you will not be able to arrive by 10pm.
AMENITIES CONT. II	Guests must provide their own bedding and towels. Includes two-stall garage, and a nice deck with charcoal gril . Row boat or canoe included in rental.
FIREWOOD	Only approved firewood (purchased locally from an approved vendor, or clean kiln-dried lumber) may be brought into the park. Approved firewood is also available at the park office.
PETS	Pets are not allowed in the guest house.
ALCOHOL	Consumption of intoxicating beverages in state parks is prohibited.
VEHICLE PERMITS	All vehicles entering a state park must properly display a valid Minnesota State Park vehicle permit. Permits may be purchased at the park.
